Great Customer Service!

I had a crack in my windshield and had some time Wednesday afternoon to get it repaired. I stopped at Technaglass on State and was “greeted” by a young lady. I asked if they did repairs, and she said yes and not very happily! She said it would be 15 minutes which wasn’t a problem. I checked for coupons while I waited and found a half price deal. The tech asked me to pull in the shop. After I asked him if they’d honor the discount, he looked at my windshield and said it couldn’t be repaired! I remembered someone in the past had referred me to Central Glass. I called them this morning. It was repaired by noon and their regular price was less than the discount at Technaglass. Needless to say, no more Technaglass and their “I’m doing you a favor” attitude. I’ll definitely go to Central Glass first from now on! Great customer service!

Quality Work and Great to Work With!

I lay down about 30,000 miles a year on my car and need to replace the windshield nearly every year. I will only work with Central Glass. They do great work and are really nice to work with. I highly recommend!

We always go to Central Glass because they do good work and they take out the hassle. My windshield was repaired same day, best bid price. And they helped me get to work so I didn’t have to arrange carpool/shuttle. They’ve done work on our cars before for rock dings, and you can’t even tell they were there. We’re loyal customers.

Hidden Gem

I had 2 windshields replaced on my previous car at a different glass company. I went back there and got an estimate for this windshield but thought I would get a second estimate from Central Glass. I am sure glad as it saved me over $140. And the service was very good and everyone in the office was friendly. This is now my glass company of choice.

I have had 3 windshields in 3 different autos replaced in the last 4 years. Every time they treated me well and were on time at a reasonable price. They came to my business twice because the weather was good and permitted an onsite installation. The last was during inclement weather, and they suggested I bring it to their garage. They provided a courtesy shuttle. All went well. I will continue to use them whenever I have glass needs.
